Yarn and pattern advice
If you are after advice on a yarn, a substitution, or how much you need for a project, that is not a nuisance question. It is the good part of the job.

If you would like to learn something, or you want to know when the next knit and natter is, the Classes page has a form that comes straight to us.
Online orders
Questions about an order, a delivery or a return are best sent by email so we have the details in front of us. Please include your order number if you have one. Our delivery and returns answers are on the FAQs page.
